We discovered Les Hauts de Saulies thanks to a gift certificate we received. A beautiful, comfortable early 18th-century property, tastefully renovated and decorated. The owners are a welcoming and warm couple, attentive to their guests' every need. The home-style cooking, featuring local produce, is innovative, flavorful, and generous. The owners offer a well-documented tour of their vineyard, from the vines to a tasting of a historic Cahors vintage. We highly recommend this place for a truly memorable stay in the Lot region.

A wonderful stay in a lovely, relaxing place ! We spent three nights at Les Hauts de Sauliès and were delighted with the experience! The room was spacious, quite cool despite the high temperatures, and had plenty of storage. The property is beautiful, and the pool was lovely and peaceful. We dined at the estate two evenings and thoroughly enjoyed Véronique's delicious and generous cuisine. She and her husband, Cyril, are charming and attentive hosts (with lovely little touches for our two-year-old son).
