Thought of as an invitation to let go, it mixes stone elements, antique wood, spiritual objects, and a view of nature to create a unique atmosphere conducive to renewal.

🌿 Estelle – Naturopath and Energy Healing Practitioner
Estelle draws from millennia-old traditions to offer you deep treatments, at the intersection of massage and energy therapy:
- Foot Reflexology (1h30)1
An ancestral technique that acts on the entire body through the reflex zones of the foot. It releases tension, improves circulation, promotes sleep, and helps with emotional balance.
The session begins with a vibrational bath using a Tibetan bowl and ends with an energy treatment of the chakras.
- Harmonizing Massage (2H00)2
A global and intuitive massage, using essential oils, combining gliding strokes, stretches, and enveloping movements.
It can target different areas of the body:
Back – release of deep tensions
Abdomen – emotional center, digestion, immunity
Head and face – mental soothing, nerve relaxation
Legs and feet – lightness, drainage
Arms and hands – recentering, serenity
Concluded if needed by the shamanic drum or intuitive chanting.

Specialized in women’s well-being, Anaïs invites you to a moment out of time, through treatments inspired by elsewhere:
- Köbido Massage
The Japanese facial massage is not a traditional massage. It is a deep massage, muscle by muscle, encompassing both the facial area as well as the chest, neck, and scalp. It helps to rebalance vital energy but, above all, provides intense relaxation.
- Oriental massage with hot oil
Inspired by the traditions of the Maghreb, this massage is performed with warm oil all over the body, following the muscular contours. A subtle blend of gentleness and pressure that will help you relieve tension, stress, and fatigue.
- Lymphatic drainage massage with rose quartz
