What time can we check in?

Check-in is available between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
If you expect to arrive later than planned, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance.
To allow us to prepare your room in the best possible conditions, arrivals before 5:00 pm are not possible.

Why must reservations be made at least 3 days before arrival?

Unlike a conventional hotel, each stay at Les Hauts de Sauliès is thoughtfully prepared in advance. From preparing your room and arranging table d’hôtes dinners to providing personalised recommendations for exploring the region, we take the time to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. To maintain this level of hospitality, reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival.

What time should we check out?

Check-out is available between 9:00 am and 11:00 am, at the latest.

Do you welcome children?

Yes, we welcome children, with a maximum of one child per room.
To preserve the peace and tranquillity of all our guests, children remain under their parents’ responsibility and must be supervised at all times.
As the swimming pool is not supervised, parents are entirely responsible for their children’s safety in and around the pool.

Are pets allowed?

To preserve the balance and tranquillity of our property, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets.

Yes, breakfast is included and served to our guests from 9:00 am.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
For cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
Cancellation insurance may be purchased when booking directly through our website.

Is the swimming pool available to all guests?

Yes, the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for our guests. External visitors are not permitted.
As the pool is unsupervised, its use is entirely at guests’ own risk. Children must be accompanied and supervised by their parents at all times.

Yes, we offer a table d’hôtes dinner served at 8:00 pm.
Several dining options are available according to a schedule established in advance and depending on occupancy levels. Menus and practical details are communicated before your arrival.
Reservations are required at least 7 days in advance to allow us to source fresh ingredients and prepare your meal.

Is parking available?

Yes, a private enclosed parking area is available for our guests.
As the car park is not supervised, we cannot accept responsibility for theft, damage, or loss.égradation.

Is it possible to have a picnic on the property?

No, for the comfort of all our guests, picnicking is not permitted within the property.
