Sustainability
We are committed to minimizing our impact on the environment by implementing sustainable practices at every stage of our operations. From water management to the use of renewable energy, as well as promoting local products and composting, we are constantly seeking innovative ways to reduce our ecological footprint.
- Rainwater harvesting system for our non-potable needs.
- Selective sorting and composting
- Phytoremediation
- Installation of photovoltaic and solar panels (production capacity doubled in 2024)
- Electric vehicle charging stations
- Short circuits for our supply of fresh ingredients from local farmers who promote animal welfare. All our meats (organic black Gascon pork, Aberdeen-Angus, foie gras ducks, lambs) come from free-range farming.
