When you leave a comment on our website, the data entered in the comment form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent, are collected to help us with the detection of unwanted comments.

Booking via KE-Booking

During your reservation, information such as:

This information is collected to identify the person who made the reservation and to contact them if necessary. This data is then recorded in a contact tool to send you newsletters or commercial information about our guesthouse. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognize and automatically approve subsequent comments instead of holding them in the moderation queue.

For users who register on our site (if this is possible), we also store the personal data provided in their profile. All users can view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username). Site managers can also view and modify this information.

For personal data (First Name, Last Name, Address, email) resulting from bookings, this data is retained for 10 years.
